WYCC-TV in Chicago changed up its program lineup tonight (Wednesday, Nov. 11) and it’s a slighty shorter list of travel programs.
8:30 p.m. (CST) — “Rick Steve’s Europe” — It’s more from Tuscany as Rick enjoys the rural charms of small towns. He attends an artichoke festival and dines on a farmhouse feast. Also in this episode is an hunt for truffles in an oak forest.
9 p.m. — “Globe Trekker” — It’s another stop on the Ruta 40 tour of Argentina. This time its Patogonia. Also featured on the program is Volcan Lanin, the highest peak in the area and the Lake District in San Carlosde Bariloche along with Butch Cassidy’s hideout in Cholila. There’s a stop in Trevelin, a town founded by Welsh immigrants and a tour of the Cabo Virgenes lighthouse.
